Choose a short 2-day trip to Zagora, the classic 3-day Merzouga desert tour, or a longer 4 to 13-day itinerary that continues to Fez, Chefchaouen and the imperial cities. Every tour is private: your own vehicle and English or Spanish-speaking driver, hotels and riads, a sunset camel trek and a night in a desert camp. Itineraries can be adjusted to your dates, pace and budget.
Marrakech to Merzouga is about 560 km (9-10 hours of driving), so we split it over two days with stops at Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate and the Dades valley. Zagora is closer (about 7 hours), which makes it ideal for a 2-day trip.
Yes. The 3-day Marrakech - Merzouga tour covers the Atlas mountains, Ait Ben Haddou, the Dades and Todra gorges, a camel ride and a night in the Erg Chebbi dunes. If you prefer a slower pace, the 4 or 5-day versions add more stops.
Yes. All our tours are private: only you and your group travel with your driver, and you can stop for photos whenever you like. We pick you up at your hotel or riad in Marrakech.
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer the most pleasant temperatures. Summer days are very hot in the desert and winter nights are cold, but tours run all year round.
